Creating a Demo Notes Template
Creating a new template is super easy:
Go to "Settings" under your name
Click "Demo Notes Templates"
Create New Template
From here you can create your Notes Template that can be brought into any demo or shared across your team.
We recommend including any of the following:
Questions you know you'll ask
Sales Cycle / Buying patterns
Concerns / hesitations that you hear
These notes can be shared with the team to ensure that everyone is asking the right questions and thinking about the prospect.
Using Demo Notes
Once created, they can be imported into any demo from the demo notes section
You can also grab Demo Notes Templates directly from the Private Meeting Dashboard
To top it all off, your demo notes also exist alongside your follow up emails to simplify the demo follow up process!
